City walks

Leiden is great city to discover on foot! Whether on a self-guided tour with one of the walking routes you can buy from the VVV Leiden Tourist Information Office, or with a professional city guide that you can find quickly and easily on our guides page; however you choose to do it, walking is one of the best ways to find out about the city.

Want to try the Rembrandt Route or maybe the Historic Courtyards? Or how about one of the special routes for children? Walks are available all year round. You can buy the walking routes from the VVV Leiden Tourist Information Office or order them online.

We often have a loan copy of the Leidse Loper and the Courtyards Walk available at the reception.
